    • Resilience & Adaptability: Having navigated significant life transitions, these youth possess an extraordinary level of determination and problem-solving ability.

    • Wraparound Stability: R3 provides the "Restore" phase—ensuring students have stable housing, transportation assistance, and professional attire so they can show up 100% ready for work.

Empowering San Antonio’s Next Generation of Professionals

At R3 Student Outreach, we believe that every young adult deserves a pathway to success. Our Workforce Supplement program bridges the gap between untapped potential and the local business community. By hosting an R3 intern, you aren't just filling a seat—you are providing a life-changing opportunity for a motivated individual to "Rescue, Restore, and Rebuild" their professional future.

When you host an intern through our workforce program, you gain more than just an extra set of hands. You gain a partner dedicated to growth of your business and the community’s health.

  • Vetted & Work-Ready: Unlike traditional internship programs, our students undergo rigorous pre-employment training at the R3 Institute. They arrive with foundational soft skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.

  • Ongoing Support: R3 doesn't just "drop off" an intern. We provide ongoing mentorship and case management to ensure the student remains successful and your business needs are met.

  • Build Your Talent Pipeline: Use this program as a "first look" at potential future employees. Many of our interns transition into full-time roles within their host companies.

  • Social Impact: Your partnership directly contributes to reducing local unemployment and empowering at-risk youth to become self-sufficient contributors to the San Antonio economy.
